Rapeseed oil grown from Louise and Hugh Elder’s family farm in East Lothian. Black & Gold is used by Head Chef of Harvey Nichols in Edinburgh, Michelin-starred chef, Stuart Muir of Dine in Edinburgh as well as MasterChef’s Professionals winner Derek Johnstone amongst others.
